Work
Work is the hub for all delivery activity. From the Work home you can navigate to:
- Projects — all workspace projects with items, groups, and docs
- Time — time tracker, timesheet, approvals, signals, and data exports
- Tickets — client-submitted tickets across all portals
- Flows — client-facing workflow automations
- Reports — work output and time reports
- Workload — team capacity view across projects
Admin
Admin is its own section (formerly inside Settings) with a collapsible subnav. Access requires admin or owner role.

Wiki
The Wiki is your internal knowledge base at /wiki. From any article you can:
- Edit — update content
- History — view revision history
- Publish to Web — push the article live to the public Help site at help.surface.arc-grid.com
Once published, an article shows a Live ↗ button linking to the public page. Use Unpublish to remove it from the public site without deleting it from the wiki.
Help Site
[help.surface.arc-grid.com](https://help.surface.arc-grid.com) is the public-facing help center. Articles published from the Wiki appear here automatically and remain accessible even when Surface is offline. Linked from the footer of arc-grid.com.
